Vaishali is a seasoned architect specialising in QA, performance, observability and generative AI. She has been architect currently at Mycom and previously at Hitachi Vantara and lead at Oracle and Altisource Labs. She has played a key role in designing and implementing robust testing strategies to ensure the reliability and efficiency of enterprise applications including those using generative AI and LLMs. She has a deep understanding of modern testing frameworks and observability tools (such as Selenium, Grafana, JMeter, K6, ChaosMesh, Langfuse, OpenLLMetry, Ragas), she specializes in troubleshooting and optimizing system performance and enhancing automation capabilities.
